Our waitress, Carea, provided excellent service! She was very pleasant, attentive and just the right balance of checking on our needs at the table. This type of service has become rare. We really appreciated her efforts today! . (Photo is of her being attentive to the table next to ours.)
Janiah, was GREAT! She was very timely and always made sure we had refills. She gave us a GREAT experience. She also had a little sense of humor to her which was very great for my family dinner. She brought many smiles!
Timmy was amazing the service was quick food was delicious. Not sure why they dropped out of the best 17 bbq restaurants also what year was it ?
Tiffany took great care of us and the food was up to Puckett’s usual standards. The room we ate in was quite cold and we had a bit of a wait for our food as they prepare it to order, but the music was good and we enjoyed our time. We would go back for their outstanding brisket.
I had the beef brisket nachos and my daughter had the cheeseburger and fries both were delicious. Our waitress Chantara was very good and nice. Great food and atmosphere, will definitely be back.
This is really good food and very consistent from location to location. The fried chicken (4 pieces) is the best I’ve had anywhere. Expect a longer wait if you order it. Great Service, clean restrooms, plenty of TVs. Nice sized bar.
We decided on Puckett’s for dinner and it was amazing! We were greeted and seated fast and our server, Mary was great and on point! We were surprised by a live band performing which set the atmosphere. The food was awesome! From the appetizer to dessert, everything was awesome. We had the hot chicken appetizer, meatloaf entre’ and the cobbler and ice cream dessert(which we had to take home because we were so full). The serving size was large and everything was seasoned to perfection. We will definitely go back to try other menu items and ask if Mary is there. She was awesome! If you haven’t tried Puckett’s you’re missing a great meal and atmosphere!
Tiffany was SO Wonderful!!! She even let us try a spoon of beans and rice before ordering. Food was good, not great. Pulled pork sandwich and Mac n cheese were both a lil dry. The grits were Fabulous, as greens were good. The fire corn we were not impressed with. Our drinks were good. We had a great experience in a great atmosphere with a Super Great server.
